1. What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers our painting services against defects in workmanship—specifically peeling, blistering, or chipping—that occur as a direct result of faulty surface preparation or application. If a failure occurs due to our workmanship within the specified warranty period, we will supply the necessary labor and materials to repair the affected areas at no additional cost to you.

2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for our professional applications is two years from the date of substantial completion of your project. The exact duration of your coverage will be explicitly outlined in your customized project proposal or contract before work begins.

3. What is Excluded

This warranty is strictly limited to workmanship defects and does not cover damage caused by ordinary wear and tear, physical abuse, or severe weather conditions. Additionally, our warranty does not apply to structural defects, building settling, moisture intrusion, hidden water damage, or pre-existing manufacturer defects in the siding or substrate material. Surfaces that suffer from underlying wood rot or drywall failure after our work is completed are also excluded from coverage unless we were explicitly contracted to replace those structures.
